Actually, this visual is not exactly your higher consciousness, but it is a method that allows you to send a message to your subconscious mind to stay connected to your higher consciousness. In other words, this energy field, this energy field that surrounds you like a balloon and has no boundaries, sends the following message to your subconscious mind: "I want to be one.
